Very light black wooden cross of unknown age but perhaps from the 20th century. It was once used mainly during the "Three Hours of Agony" service on Good Friday. Between the mid-1970s and around 2016-17 it was placed on the main altar to make up for the lack of the Martorano painting. Replaced with a heavier cross, it was abandoned in the attic of the parish house.
